Hollow Earth: Does it really exist?

Got into this interesting theory through Rampa/Ramtha book and not sure whether Hollow Earth does really exist.

Basically, this talks about entrance at North/South poles of our Earth and very advanced civilization in the center of earth & Inside Sun lighting without any nights.

No planes can be traverse through these poles as the compass on them seems to fail.
